01. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Europe Careers (operating under www.europecareers.de). These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (the "Client/Candidate") and Europe Careers (the "Company", "We", "Us").
By accessing our website, making a payment, or utilizing our consultancy, recruitment, language training, or visa processing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these terms.
02. Scope of Services & Limitation of Guarantee
Europe Careers acts solely as an advisory, facilitation, and language training body connecting Indian professionals/students with opportunities in Germany. You explicitly acknowledge that:
- No Visa Guarantee: We do not issue visas. The absolute authority to grant or reject a visa lies with the German Federal Foreign Office (Embassy/Consulate). We hold zero liability for visa rejections.
- No Placement Guarantee: While we secure interviews with German employers and hospitals, clearing the interview and securing the job contract depends entirely on the candidate’s performance, language skills, and the employer's discretion.
- Immigration Law Changes: We are not liable for any delays, rejections, or losses resulting from sudden changes in German immigration laws, APS guidelines, or recognition (Anerkennung) laws.
⚠️ Anti-Fraud & Document Authenticity Policy
Europe Careers maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy towards fraudulent activity. By engaging our services, you legally declare that:
- All educational degrees, work experience letters, identity proofs, and language certificates provided by you are 100% genuine and legally obtained.
- If, at any stage, the Company, the German Embassy, APS India, or a German employer discovers that you have submitted forged, altered, or fake documents, your contract with Europe Careers will be terminated immediately.
- In such cases of fraud, NO REFUND of any fees paid will be issued, and Europe Careers reserves the right to report the candidate to the relevant Indian and German legal authorities.
04. Fees, Payments & Strict Refund Policy
We operate on an absolute transparent fee structure. By paying the initial registration/consultancy fee, you agree to the following financial terms:
- Non-Refundable Consulting Fees: The fees paid to Europe Careers for profile evaluation, documentation, and language training are strictly non-refundable once the services have commenced. The time, labor, and intellectual property invested by our team cannot be reversed.
- Third-Party Payments: Any fees paid directly or indirectly to third parties (e.g., APS Certificate fees, Uni-Assist, German Embassy Visa fees, Blocked Account funds, Flight tickets, Notary/Translation charges) are solely your responsibility. Europe Careers is not liable for refunding third-party charges under any circumstances.
- Payment Defaults: Failure to pay the installment fees on agreed dates will result in an immediate halt of your application process.
🛡️ Client Code of Conduct & Misuse of Services
We ensure a respectful and professional environment for our employees in India and Germany. You agree to interact professionally with our staff, trainers, and partner employers.
- Use of abusive language, harassment, threats, or defamation (online or offline) directed at Europe Careers staff will result in the immediate termination of your contract without any refund.
- You are prohibited from bypassing Europe Careers to negotiate private deals with employers or institutions introduced to you by our Company. Such actions will result in legal action for breach of contract.
06. Force Majeure (Acts of God)
Europe Careers shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to: pandemics, government lockdowns, wars, strikes, sudden closure of the German Embassy/APS India, or natural disasters. In such events, timelines will be extended, and refunds will not be applicable based on delays.
07. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance
To process your application for Germany, we must collect sensitive personal data (Passports, Medical Records, Financial Statements). We handle your data with the highest security standards and in compliance with international data protection norms. Your data is only shared with authorized entities (German Employers, Embassies, ZAB, APS) solely for fulfilling your migration process. We do not sell data to third-party marketers.
08. Intellectual Property
All content, study materials (language courses), website design, logos, and business processes are the exclusive intellectual property of Europe Careers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary materials without explicit written consent.
