Comprehensive Refund & Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: By making any payment to EuropeCareers (via bank transfer, UPI, cash, or payment gateway) for any consultation, language course, visa processing, or recruitment service, you are legally acknowledging and agreeing to the terms set forth in this Comprehensive Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. General Consultation & Registration Fees

All initial profile assessment charges, consultation fees, and preliminary registration fees are 100% non-refundable under all circumstances. These fees compensate for the administrative time, professional expertise, and operational resources utilized to evaluate your profile for the German labor market.

2. German Language Courses & Training

We maintain strict batch limits to ensure quality education. When you book a seat, you prevent another student from joining. Therefore, the following strict rules apply to our German language training programs:

  • 15 Days or More Before Batch Starts: 100% refund (minus a standard 10% administrative and payment gateway processing fee).
  • 7 to 14 Days Before Batch Starts: 50% refund.
  • Less Than 7 Days Before Batch Starts: Strictly No Refund.
  • After Course Commencement: If a student drops out, stops attending, or is expelled for disciplinary reasons after the batch has started, no partial or full refund will be provided, regardless of the classes attended.

3. Recruitment, Placement & Ausbildung Services

The recruitment process for Doctors, Nurses, Physiotherapists, OT Assistants, and Ausbildung candidates involves extensive liaison with German employers, document translation, and profile optimization. Refunds in this category are highly restricted:

  • Voluntary Withdrawal: If the candidate voluntarily drops out, changes their mind, or abandons the process after the application has been initiated, no refund will be granted.
  • Interview No-Show: If an interview is scheduled with a German employer or hospital and the candidate fails to appear or refuses the offer without a valid medical emergency, no refund is applicable.
  • Failure to Clear Language Exams: Securing B1/B2 certification (Goethe/TELC) is the sole responsibility of the candidate. Failure to clear these exams within the stipulated timeline leading to a loss of job offer will result in no refund.

4. Visa Processing (Chancenkarte, Work Visa, Study Visa)

EuropeCareers assists with visa documentation and preparation, but the final decision is at the sole discretion of the German Embassy/Consulate.

No Refund Scenarios for Visa Rejection:

  • Submission of fraudulent, forged, or altered documents by the candidate.
  • Failure to clear background checks or negative Police Clearance Certificate (PCC).
  • Failure to demonstrate sufficient financial funds (Blocked Account/Sperrkonto) as required by German authorities.
  • Providing false information during the visa interview.
  • Medical unfitness or failure to secure required health insurance.

If a visa is rejected purely due to an administrative error made explicitly by EuropeCareers (which must be proven in writing by the Embassy), a partial refund of the service fee may be negotiated, excluding all third-party fees (embassy fees, translation costs, notary fees).

5. Client Inaction & Communication Blackout

If a candidate fails to respond to official communications (emails, calls, messages) from the EuropeCareers team for a continuous period of 30 days, their file will be marked as "Inactive & Abandoned". Reactivating the file will require a new registration fee, and no refunds will be issued for previous payments.

6. Unlawful Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback with your bank or credit card company after receiving our services will be treated as a breach of contract. EuropeCareers reserves the right to take legal action to recover the disputed amount, along with legal fees and penalty charges.

7. Refund Processing Mechanism

  • All valid refund requests must be emailed formally to shubham.singh@europecareers.in. Verbal requests will be ignored.
  • If approved, the refund process will take between 21 to 30 working days.
  • Refunds will only be routed back to the original source account. Any international wire transfer fees or currency fluctuation losses will be deducted from the candidate's final refund amount.
