Level 2: VERAH (Care Assistant)
Complete a short further training to become a "Versorgungsassistent/in". You can now independently visit elderly patients at home for routine checks, significantly boosting your salary.
Level 3: Praxismanager/in
Move away from clinical duties into pure management. You lead the entire MFA team, handle clinic finances, and manage HR tasks for the doctor.
Level 4: Healthcare Management Degree

🎂 Age Limit
Technically no legal limit, but for Ausbildung, candidates between 18 to 30 years have the highest acceptance rate.
Do I have to pay tuition fees for Ausbildung?
No! Ausbildung is part of the German dual vocational system. You do not pay any tuition fees. Instead, the clinic that hires you pays you a monthly stipend (around €1000-€1300) to support your living expenses while you study.
