• "Client", "Candidate", "You": Refers to the individual seeking consultation, language training, admission, or job placement services.
• "Services": Refers to career counseling, profile evaluation, language training, document translation, university/job applications, and visa guidance.

3. Scope of Services & Limitations

Europe Careers acts as an advisory and facilitation body. While we use our extensive network and expertise to assist candidates in reaching Germany, you acknowledge that:

• No Visa Guarantee: The final decision to grant or deny a visa rests entirely with the German Embassy/Consulate or the Federal Foreign Office. We do not guarantee visa approvals.
• No Absolute Admission/Job Guarantee: Admissions to public/private universities and employment offers depend on the candidate’s academic performance, interview clearance, and the respective institution/employer's discretion.
• Policy Changes: We are not liable for any sudden changes in immigration laws, visa requirements, or university admission criteria imposed by the German Government.

4. Client Responsibilities & Document Authenticity

The candidate agrees to provide true, accurate, and complete information at all times. By using our services, you agree that:

• All educational degrees, certificates, and identity documents submitted are 100% genuine.
• Submission of forged, altered, or fake documents will result in immediate termination of our services without any refund, and the Company holds the right to report such instances to relevant authorities (APS/Embassy).
• You will respond to communication and requests for documents in a timely manner to avoid processing delays.

5. Fees, Payments & Refunds

Europe Careers operates on a policy of absolute transparency regarding service charges.

• Consulting Fees: All fees payable to Europe Careers for language training, document processing, and consultation must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
• Third-Party Fees: Fees paid to third parties (e.g., Goethe/Telc exam fees, APS Certificate fees, Embassy Visa fees, Blocked Account deposits, Flights) are the sole responsibility of the candidate and are non-refundable by Europe Careers.
• Refund Policy: Consulting and service fees paid to Europe Careers are generally non-refundable once the application process/language training has commenced, unless specifically stated otherwise in your signed service agreement. Rejection of a visa or job application does not entitle the client to a refund of service fees rendered.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, layouts, designs, and text present on the Europe Careers website and promotional materials are the intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or copying of our content is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

We respect your privacy. As our services involve immigration to Germany (European Union), we handle your personal data (passports, educational records, medical records) strictly in accordance with applicable Indian laws and standard GDPR guidelines. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketing agencies. Your data is only shared with relevant authorities (Universities, Employers, ZAB, APS, Embassies) for the sole purpose of processing your application.

8. Limitation of Liability

Europe Careers, its directors, and its employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, financial losses, or delays arising from:

• Embassy processing delays.
• Rejection of applications by employers, universities, or immigration authorities.
• Failure of the candidate to clear mandatory language exams (Goethe/Telc/FSP).
• Changes in foreign exchange rates or third-party service costs.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
